Terms and Conditions
Lessons must be paid for in advance. In the case of a student failing to complete the course the lesson fees will not be refunded.
The duration of a booked online lesson time will be delivered – in the event of a technical problem during the lesson, any time lost time will be added to the lesson, or, where this is not possible, the time lost will be added to a future lesson.
Whilst we do the best we can to ensure it doesn't happen, there will be no compensation in the event the recording of a lesson fails for whatever reason.
Lessons must be used within 4 months from the time of booking
Optilang may, from time to time, introduce special promotions. These promotions will run as specified and for the time specified and will give no reason for clients to claim a refund against any payment already made.
Cancellations (online and face-to-face lessons):
Lessons cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice may be rescheduled without charge.
Please be aware that payment will be required for any lesson cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
